NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST HELEN LAVOYCE KEITH, AN
INCAPCITATED PERSON
Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Guardianship of the Estate of
HELEN LAVOYCE KEITH were issued to LLOYD DOUGLAS KEITH as Guardian on October
29, 2009, under Cause No. 07-G-1002 pending in the County Court at Law, No. 1,
Ellis County, Texas. Claims may be presented to the Guardian of the Estate
addressed as follows: Lloyd Douglas Keith, c/o Susan M. Mason, Atty. at Law,
P.O. Box 915, Midlot hian, Texas 76065. All persons having cla ims against the
Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within
the time and in the manner prescribed by law. Dated the 10th day of November,
