Phillip O'Brien is no longer associated with O'Brien Air Park nor does he have
anything to do with the Dorothy O'Brien Trust Estate. He is not authorized to
speak, write, or carry on any negotiation between either of the foregoing
entities with any individual, company, or government. Any such transactions are
completely null, void, and will not be honored by the Trustee.
