NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Hutchins Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in
the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas
on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. This hearing is being held to
consider an
Amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning and Map of the City of Hutchins, Texas by
Amending the Zoning Use Chart for Commercial Uses by Amending Section 32.11 of
the
Zoning Ordinance to Permit Motel or Hotel in Certain Districts by Specific Use
Permit.
The public is invited to attend this public hearing and/or express opinions in
writing to the City of Hutchins Planning & Zoning Commission or Mayor Artis
