NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST ROSEMARY LEE, DECEASED
Notice is hereby given that original letters Testamentary of the Estate of
ROSEMARY LEE were issued to JOHNNY LEE as Independent Executor on July 21, 2009,
under Cause No. 09-E-2138 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis
County, Texas. Claims may be presented to the Independent Executor of the Estate
addressed as follows: Johnny Lee, c/o T. Wesley Holmes, Attorney at Law, 500 N.
Akard St. Suite 2800, Dallas, Texas 75201. All persons having claims against the
Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within
the time and in the manner prescribed by law. Dated this 20th day of August,
