NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SAMUEL P. BIRCHFIELD
Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of
Samuel P. Birchfield, Deceased, were issued on November 24, 2008, in Cause
Number 08-E-2230, pending in the Probate Court of Law No. 1 of Ellis County,
Texas, to:
Judy Brewer Birchfield
The residence of such Independent Executor is in Ellis County, Texas at 104
Ashburne Glen Lane, Ovilla, Texas 75154.
All persons having claims against this Estate, which is currently being
administered, are required to present them to JUDY BREWER BIRCHFIELD,
