NOTICE TO VENDORS INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that the Ferris Independent School District, acting by
and thru the governing board, will accept proposals for catalog or inventory
list prices, plus discount, if applicable for general automotive parts and
supplies. These proposals will be for the business year beginning September 1,
2008 and ending August 31, 2009.
Proposals will be accepted at the Ferris ISD bus barn office located at 401 E.
3rd in Ferris, Texas until 3:00 p.m. August 8, 2008. The District reserves the
right to reject any and all proposals deemed not in the best interests of the
District. For further information contact Steve Nalley, Director Transportation
and Maintenance at (972)-544-2043 or fax (972)-544-2784, between 8:00 a.m. and
3:00 p.m. weekdays.
Failure to respond in writing to this proposal by the deadline will cause Ferris
ISD to limit according to statute the amount of business transacted during the
time period in the proposal request.
