NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE JAMES ROBERT SPENCER TESTMENTARY
TRUST
Notice is hereby given that Plaintiff's Original Petition for Judicial
Modification of Irrevocable Trust that has been filed in this cause. The relief
sought in the above cause could cause a beneficiary to lose a beneficial
interest in the James Robert Spencer Testamentary Trust ("Trust"). Vance Hinds,
with offices at 215 W. Franklin, Suite 200, Waxahachie, Texas, 75165, has been
appointed as the Attorney Ad Litem to represent the interests of the heirs of
James Robert Spencer, Deceased, whose names and/or whereabouts are unknown and
heirs suffering legal disability.
