PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, and Wilmer City Ordinance No.
88-1206, the City of Wilmer, Texas Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a
Public Hearing on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. to consider an application
for volunteer annexation for a Planned Development District (base zoning of I-1)
on property now zoned in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Wilmer
located at the North side of Beltline Road, approximately ¼ of a mile west
the railroad tracks being approximately 95.7731 acres of land.
