NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY AND APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT EXECUTOR
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of February, 2013, Letters
Testamentary upon the Estate of Rosie Taylor, Deceased, were granted to the
Independent Executor, Ethel Bynum, by the Honorable County Court at Law of Ellis
County, Texas, in Cause No. 12-E-2288 pending upon the Docket of said Court.
All persons having claims against said Estate are hereby required to present the
same within the time prescribed by law to Ethel Bynum at the post office address
of the attorney for the said Independent Executor being as shown below:
