NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Hutchins Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will hold a public hearing
at the request of property owner Braulio Rodriguez on Wednesday, January 9, 2013
at    6:00 p.m. in the Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main
Street in Hutchins, Texas to hear the following:
Variance on construction of an 8 foot fence into front yard setback at 7
Palestine Street, Hutchins, Texas. (HUTCHINS ACREAGE-DIVISION 7 PT LT 7 ACS 1.00
