PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 211 et. Seq. and Wilmer
City Ordinance No. 88-1206, the City of Wilmer, Texas Planning and Zoning
Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 6:30
P.M. to consider an application for request for a Zoning Change (base zoning of
I-1, Light Industrial) on property now zoned SF-1 (Single Family 1) located on
the North side of Pleasant Run Road, East of I-45 Frontage Road and South of
Fulghum Road being 99.5785 Acres and 24.2434 Acres situated in the Sunridge
Business Park as recorded in Volume 3915, Page 412 and Volume 3949, Page 17,
D.R.D.C.T. and Volume 3915, Page 412 and Volume 3949, Page 17, Deed Records,
Dallas County, Texas.
