NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Hutchins Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in
the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas
on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.  This hearing is being held to
consider a request by Consolidated Casting for a Change in Zoning of 6.566 acres
of land more or less, Whereas E. Realty Holdings, LP is the owner of a tract of
land situated in the William Gatlin Survey, Abstract 499 in the City of
Hutchins, Dallas County, Texas by virtue of special warranty deed as recorded in
Volume 2002018, Page 4600 Deed Records Dallas County, Texas and being physically
described as 425 Lec Lane and 1501 S. IH 45 in Hutchins, Texas.
Present Zoning – HC– Highway Commercial District
Proposed Zoning – H - Heavy Industrial District
Should the Commission recommend approval; the Hutchins City Council will
consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission on the above
request at a regular meeting on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber.
