NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Hutchins Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in
the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas
on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.  This hearing is being held to consider
a request by Douglas Gooding on behalf of Jennifer Williams for a Change in
Zoning of 36.095 acres of land more or less with the following legal
descriptions.
RICHARD ADAMS – BLK 1 LOT 1-  1.00 ACRE – 248.7 X 175.14, Physically
described as 1349 E. Cleveland Road, Hutchins, Texas
GEORGE MARSHALL – ABST  987 – PG 260 – TR. 16  - 29.86 ACRES, Physically
described as 1407 E. Cleveland Rd, Hutchins, Texas
GEORGE MARSHALL – ABST 984 – PG 260 – TR – 20 – 5.235 ACRES,
physically described as 1409 E. Cleveland Rd, Hutchins, Texas
Present Zoning – LI – Light Industrial
Proposed Zoning – LI – Light Industrial with a Special Use Permit for a
Commercial Stable for horse boarding and training and repealing all other
Special Use Permits attached to above mentioned properties.
Should the Commission recommend approval; the Hutchins City Council will
consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission on the above
request at a regular meeting on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber.
