NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Hutchins Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in
the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas
at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 09, 2012 to hear the following:
Variance on construction of new home at 427 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas 
from 1212 square feet to 1004 square feet without garage.
The public is invited to attend these public hearings and/ or express opinions
