NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Hutchins Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in
the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas
on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.  This hearing is being held to consider
a request by owner Benjamin R. Pena, d/b/a Alaniz Auto Sales for a change in
zoning of 0.882 acres situated in the Benjamin Matthews Survey, Abstract No.
898, Page 541, City of Hutchins, Dallas County, Texas, Commencing at a TXDOT
monument found in the northeasterly Right-Of-Way line of US Highway Interstate
45; Being physically described as 416 N. I-45, Hutchins, Texas 75141.
Present Zoning –    (LI) Light Industrial
Proposed Zoning – (LI) Light Industrial with a Specific Use Permit for Auto
Sales.
Should the Commission recommend approval; the Hutchins City Council will
consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission on the above
request at a regular meeting on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber.
