Notice of Public Hearings
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The Hutchins Economic Development Corporation (Hutchins EDC) proposes to
initiate a 4B Project within the City of Hutchins for the purpose of
infrastructure improvements to a commercial area located 1501 South Interstate
45 within the City of Hutchins.
The purpose of the 4B Project is to contribute to the retention or expansion of
primary employment or to attract major investment and industry to the City of
Hutchins for the purpose of creating jobs and expanding the tax base.
A public hearing will be held by and before the Hutchins EDC Board of Directors
on the 8h day of September 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hutchins EDC Office located
at 103 Palestine, Hutchins, Texas, for all persons interested in the above 4B
Project.  At said time and place, all such persons shall have the right to
appear and be heard.
