NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF THOMAS LYNN SWAN,
DECEASED
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of March, 2011, Letters Testamentary
upon the Estate of THOMAS LYNN SWAN, Deceased, were granted to the Independent
Executrix by the Probate Court of Ellis County, Texas, in Cause No. 11-E-2045,
pending upon the Probate Docket of said Court.
All persons having claims against said Estate, which is being administered in
Ellis County, Texas, are hereby required to present the same within the time
prescribed by law, to Sondra Jean Swan, Independent Executrix, in care of her
