Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of
James H. Foster Jr. were issued on February 11, 2011, in Cause No. 11-E-2017
pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas, to Mary L.
Foster, as Independent Executor without Bond.
All persons having claims against this Estate which is currently being
administered are required to present them within the time and in the manner
prescribed by law in care of Mary L. Foster, Independent Executor of the Estate
