City of Hutchins NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Hutchins Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in
the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street, Hutchins, Texas on
Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. This hearing is being held at the
request of property owner Knight Transportation which is physically located at
732 E. Wintergreen Road in Hutchins, Texas to hear the following:
Variance on all off street parking, maneuvering, loading and vehicle storage
areas shall be paved with an all weather surface (i.e., no parking shall be
permitted on grass, within landscaped areas, on gravel, or other unimproved
surfaces), which shall be concrete or asphalt and shall be constructed to
standards established by the City Engineer.
