AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS, ABOLISHING THE WILMER MUNICIPAL
UTILITY DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT;
PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas, on
the 7th day of October 2010.
