IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that due to the dangerous conditions listed in Section 1 of this Order that persons/tenants and personal Property be removed immediately from the Property and that the Property be secured. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if no repairs are done to this property as ordered, the owner of this Property shall remove all personal property within thirty (30) days from the date this Order is signed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the owner be given thirty (30) days from the date this Order is signed to bring the Property and structures into compliance with the Wilmer Code of Ordinances or demolish the structure at the address listed below. Demolition includes removal of all foundations, flatwork and onsite pole sign. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if the owner does not comply with the terms of this Order in its entirety by October 2, 2010, and effect the repairs as necessary or demolish the Property, the City of Wilmer is authorized to take action to demolish the Property and recoup all expenses incurred for doing so by filing a lien as necessary.
