Congratulations gentlemen you have really knocked the ball out of the park with
your latest wonderful Plan!
Only you and the city manager would come up with an idea that should gain
national attention and several of us are contacting the newspapers and radio
stations to inform them of your brilliant "­Plan."
See if I have this correct. You are going to raise taxes on our city utilities
because we have had too much rainfall the last two years and we (the citizens)
have not been using enough water. Our sewer rates will be raised because we
haven't been flushing enough. Right?!?
Fantastic! This decision will of course be administered when people have lost
jobs, hit the disabled, many on fixed incomes and old folks. Terrific fellows!
