Constitutional Thinking: Insanity rolls on

America doesn’t have to wait for the Mayan calendar to run out. The end came a little early this cycle. While the headlines may announce, ‘Best is yet to come’, that is only from the perspective of a committed Marxist, not a believer in the Constitution. For them, the worst is yet to come. I think it is time for America to figure out what really happened.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. That is the method that has been used by the Republicans. How could a president be re-elected with the economy in the state it is in? How could one be re-elected that has a list of lies so long, Pinocchio’s nose is in second place?

Republicans, constitutionalists and all Americans must learn that we are living in a 21st century Soviet Union emphasizing Fascism. They, including Tea Party members must realize that they aren’t even serious yet. We’re playing marbles for the big one, called the Earth. What planet will you live on if “we the people” lose?

Several years ago I wrote about the Four-Box System protecting our Republic: the soap box, the ballot box, the jury box and the cartridge box. The first three are mostly gone.

The Republicans Party Stalinists would not even allow Ron Paul to have the delegates he won or to speak at the convention, just like in 2008. No wonder his 7-10 percent share of the Republican Party did not show up to pull the Republican lever Nov. 6.

The ballot box is heavily rigged with our use of voting machines. In addition, normal procedures to have honest results are not followed. Even Karl Rove was squelched by a Fox TV host election night for criticizing Fox for calling Ohio for Obama when hundreds of thousands of votes were still out and the vote spread was only about 100,000. Seven to ten states were called when no votes were in. Vote fraud probably hit record highs this election. The system is broken. Will we fix it?

The courts are obviously broken. They are already operating under martial law as evidenced by the gold fringe on the flag. They are no longer constitutional courts. If you bring up the Constitution, the Judge will slap you down.

Unless Republicans are willing to learn how serious our situation really is and do something about it, we will be down the last box – the cartridge box, and we don’t want to go there when by taking action, we can avoid it.

Here is a short list of some things Republicans and conservatives must learn:

Corporations are not our friend. While we are pro-business, we can not be crooked crony capitalists as exemplified by Mitt Romney. Corporations are wrongly given status as “persons” today, but they have no ethics. It’s all about the money. Even organic food companies like Muir Glen and Kashi contributed money to prevent your knowing if GMO’s are in your food with California Proposition 37.

Republican leadership is not your friend, but mostly sold out at the National, State and even local levels.

The Republican establishment shoved Mitt Romney down our throats. Romney then made a poor VP choice, and ran a poor campaign. I thought he was supposed to be smart.

Get local leadership/candidates not financially tied to big business and of course, don’t allow attorneys to be in the top leadership positions they tend to gravitate toward.

Insurance companies, especially health insurance companies, are not your friend. Healthcare stocks went UP on Obama’s re-election, since they helped write Obamacare for their benefit. Blue Cross insurance sent out a newsletter to its clients encouraging the taking of vaccines, practices likely to make you $ick.

Government is not your friend. Even if conservatives are in office, government is a corrupting influence. Government’s nature is to grow. Watch it, keep it small and bound by the chains of the Constitution. George Washington nailed it: “Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”

The Military-Industrial Complex is not your friend. When its leaders admit before a Congressional committee that they take their orders from the UN, you know that our military now belongs to the New World Order bankers. You sacrifice your sons and daughters so they can scoop up the profits around the world. Why?

The National Security Agency is not your friend. America has been scared into unconstitutional laws like the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act.

“National Security” is an excuse being used to keep citizens in the dark and take away our freedoms.

Americans must stand for the truth or the Constitution will continue losing. We must re-evaluate and question everything we have been doing. To be continued.
