Jon's Vu: The king . . .

When our country won the revolutionary war the father of our country, George Washington was asked to be king of America.

He refused. He helped form a representative form of government, where the people ruled themselves. It has lasted a long time. Has it come to an end? Have we elected a king at last?

Our present leader has led us into a new war we cannot  afford, a war congress has ask him to stop, or at least get congressional approval. But he refused. Is this the action of a leader or a king?

He appointed knights(??) calling them Tsars, he got that from the Russians, these Tsars, are not congressionally approved, and yet they can make rules to interfere with and change our lifestyle! I wonder did they kneel down and get the sword on the shoulder to confirm their tsar hood?

If Congress has no control over this leader, what does this make him, if not king? Is any one watching? The Republican opponents are like little voices in the wilderness crying, God reach down and help us save this country!

Is anyone listening to this “peasant revolt?” I guess the real question is, Are you interested?

Do you care if we go from a republic form of representative government, or will you just sit quiet and let us slip into a kingdom?

A nice form of government where you or your ELECTED representatives no longer represent you? Will you walk out and meet a Tsar with his sword waiting to enforce his Lord’s new law?

I keep hearing about militias, armed and tired of this type of federal government. I don’t know about you, but I keep waking up to new laws, laws I never heard being discussed in the duly elected representative city, state or US congress.

This is leading to a new form of government by the king! Listen to government by TV and the news media. The people are no more represented than the PEASANTS in a kingdom. We speak ill of the republics of the world that are ruled by kings and despots.

Yet we are slipping away from the gallant and wonderful Republic, founded by Americans, and led by our heroes, fought for with courage and blood. I don’t know about you but my gun is loaded. My family is ready one more time to stand and deliver what ever this country needs. Will we be ruled by a man who considers there is no limit to his personal power? When he rides out with his Tsars to enforce his will, will you bow as they pass? Well I will at least make a rude gesture and like an ol’ man, won’t smile.

What will you do, ungentle reader, will you stand for America one more time? Yep, It aint nice, but it’s JON’S VU!!!
