AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RED OAK, TEXAS, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND MAP OF THE CITY OF RED OAK, TEXAS, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, BY GRANTING A CHANGE IN ZONING FROM AGRICULTURE (AG) TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT 88 (PD-88) TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE OF APPROXIMATELY 13.494 ACRES, MCCOMAS SURVEY, A-695, CITY OF RED OAK, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS; SAID PROPERTY BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT ‘A’, WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONCEPT PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN AS EXHIBITS B; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY OF FINE NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) FOR EACH OFFENSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RED OAK, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 07-07, BY AMENDING ARTICLE 10 MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS, SECTION 10.01 LOTTING REQUIREMENTS, SUBSECTION ‘B’; BY AMENDING THE MINIMUM SIZE OF LOTTING REQUIREMENTS FOR ONSITE SEWAGE FACILITES; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
